Two Arrested in Meth Lab Bust

During the late evening hours of July 10, Lewis County Deputy Sheriff’s executed a search warrant on a cabin off Buckhannon Run Road in Lewis County.
Deputies received information that Joshua Zirkle and Kathern George (DeMoss) had the materials necessary to manufacture methamphetamine, at a cabin on Buckhannon Run Road.
Upon acquiring the search warrant, deputies were able to identify the precursors needed to manufacture methamphetamine, along with 17 meth
“generators”.
The 17 “generators” found indicated that the defendants had made meth a minimum of 17 times. Both Zirkle and George (DeMoss) were charged with Operating/Attempting to Operate a Clandestine Drug Laboratory, and felony Conspiracy to
Operate/Attempt to Operate a Clandestine Drug Laboratory.
 “Following a number of complaints from citizens on Buckhannon Run, and neighboring communities; officers were able to effect the arrests on a couple of individuals who had been menacing their neighborhoods,” Sheriff Adam M. Gissy stated.
