Sobriety Checkpoint in Jane Lew to Utilize Bat Mobile


The West Virginia State Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Lewis County.
The checkpoint will be located on W.Va. Secondary Route 7, otherwise known as Hacker’s Creek Road, near the intersection of U.S. Route 19, in front of the Jane Lew Fire Department.
The checkpoint will run beginning at 7 p.m., Friday, July 14, and continue until 1 a.m., Saturday, July 15.
The Bat Mobile will be utilized at this checkpoint. All motorists who desire to avoid the checkpoint may do so by traveling an alternate route.
