On Monday April 24, Lewis County deputies and Weston City Police Department executed a search warrant on a residence and garage located on East Sixth Street, resulting in the finding of one pound, one ounce and nine grams of marijuana.
The location of the search warrant was identified as the property of Samuel W. Grogg, 52.
Along with the marijuana,
police found during the search warrant execution plastic sandwich bags and a digital scale.
According to the criminal complaint “further investigation revealed the defendant commonly used the garage as sleeping quarters and was present in that area during the initial search”.
