Former Weston Public Works director indicted for embezzlement

Thirty-nine people were indicted during the November term of the Lewis County Grand Jury. Those indicted are scheduled to report to Lewis County Circuit Court at 9 a.m., Nov. 9.
Former Weston Public Works Director John Hogan, 58, of Weston, was indicted on one count of embezzlement and one count of falsifying accounts, both felonies. Hogan was let go of this position in January for reasons undisclosed to the media.
Perry Cogar, 35, of Ireland, was indicted on one count of strangulation, a felony, one count of domestic battery, a misdemeanor, one count of brandishing a deadly weapon, a misdemeanor, and three counts of domestic assault, misdemeanors.
Matthew Duncan, 20, of Weston, was indicted on one count of strangulation, a felony, one count of domestic battery, a misdemeanor, one count of attempted destruction of property, a misdemeanor, one count of child neglect creating risk of injury, a misdemeanor, and one count destruction of property, a misdemeanor.
William Moore, 42, of Roanoke, was indicted on three counts of child abuse resulting in injury, felonies.
Angelena Roach, 35, of Weston, was indicted on three counts of child neglect creating risk of injury, felonies.
Justin Kelley, 28, of Weston, was indicted on one county child neglect creating risk of injury, a felony.
Robert Dennison, 47, of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of malicious wounding, a felony.
Michael Davisson, 54, of Weston, was indicted on one count of malicious wounding, a felony.
John Freeman, 44, of Weston, was indicted on one count of malicious wounding, a felony.
Mikal Bowles, 19, of Moundsville, was indicted on one count of destruction of property, a felony, and two counts of battery on government representative, misdemeanors.
Rick Meitzen, Jr., 36, of Ellamore, was indicted on one count of entering without breaking, a felony, one count of grand larceny, a felony, and one count of obtaining money by false pretenses, a misdemeanor.
Robert Beam, Jr., 21, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference, a felony.
Dustin Watson, 23, of Roanoke, was indicted on one count of fleeing with reckless indifference, a felony, one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor, one count of driving while license suspended, second offense, a misdemeanor, one count of possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, a misdemeanor, and one count of obstructing an office, a misdemeanor.
Joshua Zirkle, 33, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of operating a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.
James Lipps, 43, of Jane Lew, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, a felony.
Brenda Metz, 42, of Weston, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, a felony, and one count conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, a felony.
Emmanuelle Robinson, 40, of Weston, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school, a felony, and one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school, a felony.
Patrick Quinn, 37, of Weston, was indicted on two counts delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, felonies.
David Robinson, 35, of Weston, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school, a felony, one count of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, within 1,000 feet of a school, a felony, and one count of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana, a felony.
Morganne Grubb, 20, of Weston, was indicted on one count of delivery of a controlled substance marijuana, within 1,000 feet of a school, a felony, and one count of delivery of a controlled substance marijuana, a felony.
David King, 48, of Weston, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony.
John Riley, 48, of Crawford, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, marijuana, felonies.
Dillan Yeager, 24, of Crawford, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, felonies.
Donald Lough, 54, of Weston, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony.
Christopher Harper, 32, of Marmet, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony, one count of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Cocaine, a felony, one count of conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Cocaine, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, a misdemeanor.

Franklin Pennington II, 25, of Farmington, was indicted on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, Heroin, felonies.
Derek Woodson, 28, of Weston, was indicted on one count of fleeing from an officer while DUI, a felony, one count of fleeing with reckless indifference, a felony, one count of possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine, a misdemeanor, one count of fleeing from an officer, a misdemeanor, one count of driving while license suspended, second offense, a misdemeanor, and one count of no insurance, a misdemeanor.
Tiara Queen, 27, of Weston, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Hydrocodone, a felony, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Alprazolam, a felony, and one county of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Clonazepam, a felony.
Amanda Brown, 32, of Weston, was indicted on one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, marijuana, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance, Clonazepam, a misdemeanor.
Larry Snider, 35, of Parkersburg, was indicted on one count of operating a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony, and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony.
Glenn Carey, 66, of Weston, was indicted on one count of manufacture of a controlled substance, marijuana, a felony.
Charles, 43, of Burnsville, was indicted on one count of fleeing with reckless indifference, a felony, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Hydrocodone, a felony, one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, Methamphetamine, a felony, and one count of prohibited person in possession of a firearm, a misdemeanor.
Kathern George, 28, of Buckhannon, was indicted on one count of operating a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony, and one count of conspiracy, a felony.
Kelli Robinson, 39, of West Milford, was indicted on one count of driving while in an impaired state, third offense, a felony.
Brian Nguyen, 40, of Barboursville, was indicted on one count of entry of a building other than dwelling, a felony, one count of grand larceny, a felony, and one count of destruction of property, a misdemeanor.
Christopher Bills, 24, of Clarksburg, was indicted on one count of fleeing with reckless indifference, a felony, and one count of destruction of property, a felony.
Danelle Hawkins, 35, of Jane Lew, was indicted one count of shoplifting, third offense, a felony, and one count of conspiracy to commit shoplifting, a felony.
